Evaluation
Our evaluation, which would have been agreed up front, could include such things as: feedback from the trainers, the delegates, successful measures i.e. ‘video of success’, ‘reports’, ‘learning logs’, ‘development contracts’ and ongoing ‘surgeries’ for one to one coaching.
