Development Centres

We offer development centres to assess the development needs of key personnel against the criteria/competencies of the role(s). Used to provide an objective and robust method of improving awareness of skills, strengths and gaps. Often followed up by ‘action learning set facilitators’ or ‘development coaches’.

Influencing Skills

We are influencing all the time at work, sometimes not even being aware of how effective or otherwise we are. These skills are necessary if we are to develop into top performers in any category. To enable a win/win even in the most difficult situation builds relationships, demonstrates key flexibility and a human face on ‘doing business’.

Leadership Development

Leadership

Management vs leadership. We need both in any business and the good ones can flex between both areas effectively. We work on the differences between the two, and develop the leadership skills in a highly active way through many exercises, case studies, scenario planning, feedback and development contracts. Knowing the style of leadership to display is dependent on the situation presented and we work through given scenarios to test their flexibility of leadership to ensure effectiveness.

We use a series of tools to assist in this discovery – MBTI, Belbin, Learning Styles, Thomas Killman and many more to aid in the self discovery.

Teambuilding

Teams working in an aligned way help the business to function more efficiently and with greater morale helps to maintain staff levels. People want to work where working together is a great experience. With more work being put on people, there is more need to understand how you fit within the team, what you contribute and understand the other team members drivers too!
